By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
Wrong product received
Damaged product
To request a return:
Inform us within 7 days of delivery
Provide a clear unboxing/opening video as proof
To be eligible for a return:
The product must be unused and in original condition
It must be returned with original packaging
The item should have no damage, alterations, or missing parts
Due to the handmade and personalized nature of our jewellery, returns are not accepted for:
Change of mind
Minor variations in color or design (natural & handmade uniqueness)
Customized or made-to-order products
Once the returned product is received and approved after inspection, you may choose:
Refund to the original payment method, or
Store credit for future purchases
Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after approval.
Return pickup may be arranged where possible
If pickup is not available, customers may be required to self-ship the product securely
Any applicable shipping charges are non-refundable
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Share an unboxing video and clear images
After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
All returned items undergo a quality inspection. Returns may be declined if:
The product shows signs of use
The item is altered, damaged, or incomplete
