These variations are not considered defects.
Orders are processed within 2–5 working days
Customized orders may require additional time
Any changes or cancellations must be requested before dispatch
Delivery timelines vary depending on location and courier services
Any delays caused by third-party courier partners are beyond our control
We offer Prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) options
Customers must be available to accept COD orders
Repeated COD cancellations may result in order restrictions or denial of future COD orders
Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
